In this police report Secret Service Agent Ray LeBeau specificly told the Phoenix Police that Kevin Walsh had made a threat on the President. The report says:
“LEBEAU RELATED THAT WALSH HAD MADE A THREAT ON THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES. “Which is probably a lie because if that was true the Secret Service would have had the “probable cause” needed to arrest Kevin for threatening the life of the President something they never did and probably would have loved to do.
In the police report Secret Service Agent Ray LeBeau admits that he has never talked to Kevin Walsh:
“LEBEAU RELATED THAT HE HAD MADE ATTEMPTS TO INTERVIEW WALSH, BUT HE REFUSED”But despite the fact that Secret Service Agent Ray Lebeau has never spoken to or met Kevin Walsh he told the Phoenix Police that Kevin Walsh Was in need of mental health assistance. This also sounds like a lie. The report says:
“INFORMATION RECEIVED INDICATED THAT KEVIN WALSH WAS IN NEED OF PSYCHIATRIC EVALUATION PER SPECIAL AGENT LEBEAU AND THAT OUR ASSISTANCE WAS NEEDED.”It doesn’t say it in the police report but neither the Phoenix Police nor Secret Agent Ray Lebeau got an arrest warrant for Kevin. Kevin was arrested illegal with out any warrant. That issue came up after Kevin’s first court hearing and a warrant was issued for Kevin’s arrest several hours after that hearing.
