These letters all make requests for information from
the government either through the Federal Freedom of
Information Act (FOIA) USC 5 - 552 or through the
Arizona public records laws which are Arizona Revised Statutes ARS 39 - 121.
To view the letter in standard HTML like your used to viewing everything cles on the web click on the "HTML" by the letter. To view the letter in Microsoft Word format click on "Word" by the letter. If your on a computer with Microsoft Word a Word Window will pop up and you can edit the file with word and save it on your hard disk. These are all subpoenas which demand that the government agencies give
us all the information they have on this Kevin Walsh case.
They will be filed in the Maricopa County Superior Court, and served on
the parties by the court.
Exhibit A.....
Exhibit A lists the information that we are demanding.
All the following letters are the same with the execption of the name and address. They will be sent by the court with the attached Exhibit A to the parties demanding that they give us the information in Exhibit A. They all are in RTF format which is kind of like Word format but better because viruses can't be transmitted by RTF documents.
