Letters from Marc Hoy in Tucson

5/18/05

Dear Mike

Thanks for the addresses for publishers. I'll drop them a line and see what they say. I'm glad you got the stories. Stuff here is so screwed up with the mail room nothing is safe.

Also, I get the password. Thanks again for all your help on that.

Unfortunately, we have zero access to computers in here. The feds are very paranoid that any access to the real world (even typewriters are a big deal, though we're "allowed" the privilege).

Do the best you can on getting the stories uploaded. I'll ask a friend of mine if her husband can put the stories in ACII, but I'm not sure i'll happen. It's best if you act as if it's all you.

In other subjects, I lived in here for most of the '90s. I moved first to Tokyo, then to Bangkok. I travelled all over. I bought gemstones (mainly rubies and saphires), and sold them in Europe and the U.S. It's a fun place to visit, but as for the jail, read the stories.

Did you like them? Let me know what you think.

Thanks again for everything,

Talk to you soon,

Your friend,

Marc
