Dear Mike, To address points made by Jason Auvenshine, Agent Ray Lebeau of the SS testified that he sent the SWAT team to detain me for psychiatric evaluation. They approached me with a rifle pointed at me and told me to get down on the ground. They didn’t just want to talk or gather evidence. Jason is wise to be headed to New Zealand. Things may be getting very unpleasant here soon. To the other Libertarians staying in the USA, I wish you well. We are soldiers in the same trench, fighting the same enemy. I was in court Monday. My trail date has been rescheduled to 17 May. My lawyer, Ms. Stewart, has also scheduled a settlement conference for the 26th. Given that the prosecution has been unwilling to offer a plea bargain I’m not sure what she thinks she can accomplish with that. Yours, Kevin |
