Secret Service uses "crazy card" to go on a fishing trip without probable cause

Kevin was locked up so the SS could use shrinks to question him without probable cause

It looks like the reason the Secret Service had Kevin Walsh declared insane and locked up in a Maricopa County Mental hospital is because it is an easy way to question him without having probable cause.

When the State of Arizona committed Kevin Walsh to a mental hospital for 180 days it ORDERED Kevin Walsh to do what his shrinks told him, which meant taking the drugs they gave him and answering their questions.

Kevin was locked up from July 2004 to the end of September or early October 2004.

The doctors or shrinks questioned Kevin a lot about his life as part of the court ordered treatment. I suspect the Secret Service told Kevin's doctors what questions to ask Kevin so the Secret Service could later use the answers Kevin gave to those questions as evidence or probable cause to arrest Kevin for threatening the president.

That became clear when they told Kevin in late September or early October of 2004 that the Secret Service was going to subpoena Kevin's mental health records. And the Secret Service did indeed subpoena Kevin's mental health records.

The good thing is that Kevin never had any intentions of hurting the President or anyone else and in his questioning by the Arizona mental health doctors Kevin did not say anything that the Secret Service could use to charge him with a crime.

At this point in time (Feb 2, 2005) Kevin has not been charged with any crimes by the Secret Service or the Federal government. And Kevin has been released from being jailed in a mental hospital. And sadly it was probably just a sham so the Secret Service could use the shrink at the Maricopa County Mental Hospital to question Kevin with probable cause, by getting a mental health court order forcing Kevin to talk to the shrink, who were also puppets of the Secret Service.

I don't think Kevin will ever be charged with anything. The whole arrest was a fraud done by out of control government thugs in the Secret Service and Arizona Republican Party.

[At the time of that writing I had been charged with three counts of assaulting a peace officer with a deadly weapon, a class two dangerous felony under Arizona statutes, but it is true that I was never charged with any FEDERAL offense. --Kevin Walsh]

Kevin Walsh was a political prisoner who was jailed in a mental hospital by the Secret Service for his anti-Bush statements. Kevin Walsh had committed no crimes and the Secret Service had no evidence to charge Kevin Walsh with any crimes.
